Vishay General Semiconductor T6NxCA SMD PAR® Transient Voltage Suppressors

Vishay General Semiconductor T6NxCA Surface-Mount PAR® Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) offer high-temperature stability and high-reliability conditions in a low-profile (0.88mm typical) DFN3820A package. The AEC-Q101-qualified TVS diodes feature side-wettable flanks suitable for customer AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection). These bi-directional devices range from T6N12CA through T6N100CA variants. Excellent clamping capability enables use in sensitive electronics, protecting against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning on ICs, MOSFET, and signal lines of sensor units for automotive applications.
