Panasonic Electronic Components EWTS5G 6-in-1 Sensors offer functional safety standards of ISO26262 compliance for automotive applications. EWTS5G sensors feature 3 acceleration and 3 rate sensing elements on a single MEMS chip, providing a compact, highly accurate solution. The MEMS, ASIC, and Cap are bonded directly at the wafer level. Panasonic EWTS5G 6-in-1 Sensors are suitable for both automotive and non-automotive applications, including rollover airbag systems, adaptive cruise control, and industrial robots.
