onsemi NL27WZ16 High-Performance Dual Buffers

onsemi NL27WZ16 High-Performance Dual Buffers operate from a 1.65V to 5.5V supply within a -55°C to +125°C temperature range and are available in SC-88, SC-74, and UDFN6 packages. At VCC (Voltage Common Collector) = 3V, high impedance TTL compatible inputs significantly reduce current loading to input drivers while TTL compatible outputs offer improved switching noise performance. NL27WZ16 is for general usage and is suitable for many different applications.
